At BlackTea-Shirts, we believe what you wear and read should reach you in a timely, reliable, and secure way. Whether it’s a tee that represents your voice or a book that tells your story, every order matters. That’s why we’ve built a shipping process that reflects the same honesty and care found in our message.

Below is everything you need to know about how your items are prepared, packed, and delivered.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not yet available, but we’re working toward expanding our reach in the near future.

Processing Time

Each order is processed with care. Please allow:

  • 2–4 business days for order handling and packaging before shipment. Except during pre-order promotion, there will be a 2-week period before inventory availability for shipping.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • If an item is delayed due to restocking, you’ll receive an email with updated timing.

Our goal is to keep the waiting short and the communication clear.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We currently offer Priority Shipping on all orders to ensure faster delivery and reliable tracking.

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after processing
  • Tracking Included: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package in real time.

At this time, we do not offer standard shipping. Priority Shipping ensures your items arrive promptly and with full visibility from our facility to your door.

Shipping Fees

We offer free Priority Shipping on all purchases of $100 or more—no code needed. If your cart qualifies, the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to meet shipping timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@blackteashirts.com, and we’ll help look into the issue.

In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost or undeliverable by the carrier:

  • We will provide a replacement order or issue a refund based on your preference.
  • If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or resend the product.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Please email a photo of the item and packaging to support@blackteashirts.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will review the issue and, if valid, send a replacement at no additional cost.
